On June 21 2024 N.S.S Training college Ottappalam Women development cell in association with NSS unit has arranged a yoga session in addition to the international yoga day. Principal prof. Dr Ampili Aravind inaugurated the program.Prof.Dr Seema Menon K.P led the session.Different yogasanas,pranayama and meditation were practiced in the session.Teacher delivered a talk on the importance of yoga and meditation in day today life.All B.Ed and M.Ed students participated in the class.
A yoga pose photo contest was conducted among the students.1st year M.Ed student Anju and 1st year B.Ed student Sr.Mary Varghese won the 1st and 2nd prizes respectively.
